Right of withdrawal / cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days (14) without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days (14) from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

Cancellation policy

The following cancellation policy applies to contracts for goods that can be sent as a parcel by a mail order company.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days (14). The withdrawal period is fourteen days (14) from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to revoke this contract.

You can use our model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days (14) of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The consumer who wishes to exercise his or her right of withdrawal may not return the product until he or she is informed by Bio Freya by means of the above-mentioned confirmation notice, which specifies the conditions for the return.
The products must be returned intact, with all accessories, seals, labels and documents and in their original packaging.
The products must be returned directly to Bio Freya by sending them in a traceable package to Bio Freya's address, within the time limit indicated in the confirmation notice sent by Bio Freya.
Please note that the returned goods will travel under the responsibility of the buyer until they are delivered to Bio Freya.
In the event that one or more of the returned goods are damaged and Bio Freya is therefore unable to offer them for sale, the value of these goods will not be refunded.
The cost of shipping the goods from the customer to Bio Freya shall be borne by the customer.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days (14) from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer cannot be revoked.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of revocation for 1) goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date has passed quickly; 2) goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs; 3) goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery.
